I purchased this smart slider for my sliding door a few months back. But I came back to say this is the best investment I have ever made with two doggies. I leave on vacation sometimes and I do not like to bother people to let my dogs out. So this purchase made it super easy and convenient for me to do it on my own from thousands of miles away, as long as there is WiFi in the home. I only have to have someone come and feed them and that’s is all. My dogs are trained and they know that as soon as that sliding door opens, they can go outside where to my fenced backyard and I watch them through my camera and as soon as they are done, they come back in and I close it. Not only that but I was able to connect it with my Alexa and in the middle of the night my big dog has to pee often so when I’m in bed and don’t feel like getting up I will tell Alexa to open sliding door and she will. Super convenient!! Lastly I love that it opens the door all the way! Other companies I looked into, didn’t open nearly as much. I’m so grateful and thankful! I wish to get the collar one soon for them now that I have experienced with it.
I am so happy I found this company! I was quoted from other companies $4k + for a doggy door that I could not even control via an app! No, thank you! I purchased this slider months ago and it has been the BEST thing ever! Budget friendly, might I add. I love that I can open and close the door wherever I am! It has given me such peace of mind knowing I can let my big boy out if I’m getting home late. Customer service is top notch, they are kind, patient, helpful and respond right away! I 💯 recommend this product! He is a happy boy, which makes me even happier!

I ordered my smart slydr last year to have a solution for our dogs. We wanted to let them outside even if we aren’t home. I also wanted a “dog door” without having to alter my existing sliding door or wall. The smart slydr was doing exactly that and it is still working exactly as it came on day 1! No issues whatsoever! Our sliding door is old and heavy, but the slider works perfectly and smoothe without being too loud. The concept is so well thought through and the manufacturing is high quality. Each smart slydr is manufactured exactly for your own sliding door! The measuring instructions were clear, the installation easy and without creating any dirt. The customer service is quick and kind. I absolutely love this product and this company. I can recommend the smart slydr to anyone. Worth every dollar! The door can be controlled through an app on my phone or with a button or through Alexa. We mainly use Alexa to open and close the smart slydr when we are at home. During Christmas we went on a vacation and left our dogs at home. We created a schedule with Alexa and it worked well! The smart slydr opened and closed for us even remotely!!!! To give us maximum flexibility with our dogs we installed cameras and are able to see the smart slydr open and close.
We have also tested the pet button. It works well. However our dogs chewed it up because when we ordered there was no collar strap. I recommended adding that and am sooooo pleased to hear that this company reacted and improved their product. Five stars for the product, five stars for the company and customer service and five stars for the app and buttons. And five stars for manufacturing and delivery. The product came fast and well protected in a package.
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST invention created. This allows Romeo the freedom to go in and out at his leisure even when no one is home. But when we are home it is a lifesaver…no getting up letting him in and out. Romeo loves it. Definitely worth the investment. Wish I would have known about this earlier! Good job! Customer service is also great and helpful. Five Stars and would HIGHLY recommend!
