From the very first day my Slider has had issues. First the pet tags would randomly disconnect and I would have to delete and restart the connection. Weekly the door will not open and my dogs are forced to defecate all over the house as they are now dependent on the slider. The door will also constantly open randomly and stay WIDE open, allowing my AC to nearly have a heart attack and of course allow for potential unwelcome guests. I have been in contact with support and they keep saying my unit is fine…
Thank you for the feedback. It seems like you faced calibration issue earlier and we helped your resolve the issue related to door remaining open sometimes. After the fix this issue is resolved now. Regarding the PetPass issue our support team is working with you and need your cooperation to troubleshoot the problem. While we resolve these issues you can still operate the Device using Mobile App, Alexa or Google to avoid the accidents.
