   Very happy with the SmartSlydr Pet Door. I can be in my office on the other side of the house, view my Blink camera on Alexa show, and if the tag doesn’t trigger (my dog sometimes goes to another nearby door) I can voice active the Slydr. There have been an occasional quirk (the door didn’t close automatically once) and when using the app to open and then close I sometimes have to refresh the screen in between. Otherwise it has been great as neither I nor my wife have to get up to let the dog in and out.

   This really solved a problem in my household. I tried other solutions which did not work. This works. I took off 1 star as the software needs a bit of refinement. I’m happy with the product and would certainly recommend it to others. Also their customer service is very responsive and eager to help.
