We rescued 2 yr old Jojo from a shelter. We had not had a dog for 30 years, so we had a lot to learn. She would let us know when she needed to go outside, but we didn’t always notice. She was afraid of the doggy doors that had flaps unless I held it open for her. The Slydr door opener is a life saver. Besides her Pet pass, we use it with Alexa, the iPhone app, and my watch. I like how the size of the opening, delay, and sensitivity can be customized. This is truly a game changer!

I am so happy I found this company! I was quoted from other companies $4k + for a doggy door that I could not even control via an app! No, thank you! I purchased this slider months ago and it has been the BEST thing ever! Budget friendly, might I add. I love that I can open and close the door wherever I am! We were going to waste thousands of dollars to replace our sliding patio door with french doors until I found Smart Slydr, which is a gamechanger for hosting summer garden parties. We added Smart Slydr for automated functionality, smart shades for privacy, a valence, grids for the french door look, and a Tuscan bronze handle. It all works beautifully.

I ordered my smart slydr last year to have a solution for our dogs. We wanted to let them outside even if we aren’t home. I also wanted a “dog door” without having to alter my existing sliding door or wall. The smart slydr was doing exactly that and it is still working exactly as it came on day 1! No issues whatsoever! Our sliding door is old and heavy, but the slider works perfectly and smoothe without being too loud. The concept is so well thought through and the manufacturing is high quality. Each smart slydr is manufactured exactly for your own sliding door! The measuring instructions were clear, the installation easy and without creating any dirt. The customer service is quick and kind. I absolutely love this product and this company. I can recommend the smart slydr to anyone. Worth every dollar! The door can be controlled through an app on my phone or with a button or through Alexa. We mainly use Alexa to open and close the smart slydr when we are at home. During Christmas we went on a vacation and left our dogs at home. We created a schedule with Alexa and it worked well! The smart slydr opened and closed for us even remotely!!!! To give us maximum flexibility with our dogs we installed cameras and are able to see the smart slydr open and close.
We have also tested the pet button. It works well. However our dogs chewed it up because when we ordered there was no collar strap. I recommended adding that and am sooooo pleased to hear that this company reacted and improved their product. Five stars for the product, five stars for the company and customer service and five stars for the app and buttons. And five stars for manufacturing and delivery. The product came fast and well protected in a package.

We love our SmartSlydr Pet Door! Our dogs ring the bell to go out a lot, and this allows us to let them from anywhere in the house. We can also let them out and back in if we're not home, which has been so convenient. The corner cap did come off after a couple of weeks, so we tried different sticky pads but ended up putting a screw in to hold it.
Very impressed with the SmartSlydr and highly recommend.

We have been looking for something like this for years to allow our dogs to go outside during the day while we were at work. We looked at other solutions, but this just seemed to check all of the boxes for us. Setup and installation was easy, and with 3 dogs in the house, it gets lots and lots of use. We are so happy that we decided to purchase this!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Excellent product!

I absolutely love the pet slyder. It has taken so much stress off of me. I do not have to rely on a lot people anymore to let my dogs out while I’m out at work or just out for the day. Absolutely love love love this product. Customer service is awesome. They walk you through everything if you are having difficulty setting the product up which is very easy to install. I can’t say enough great things about this company.

First I wanted to thank you for providing a well-made product. I received my automatic Slyder Door Controller and it is working great! It arrived in perfect condition and using the "on-line" directions, the installation was not difficult. My dogs love it, and they can let themselves in and out of the house with no help from me or my wife. All of our friends think it is very hi-tech and very "cool". It stays open for a short, and controllable length of time which helps us control the number of bugs/mosquitos that get let into the house. I can control its operation through the cell phone app and even shut it off at night. It also makes us feel safer than an open doggie door where other animals might be able to get in. It is essentially locked when closed. It shut on my dog's tail once and immediately reversed so as not to hurt the dog and automatically went back to normal operation. Your customer service was outlanding! On a scale of 0 to 10, we give you a 10 out of 10 for all aspects of your product and we are totally satisfied and highly recommend your product from all aspects.

I purchased the Smart Slydr door for a way to help my husky in his old age. My husky has cancer and it makes him restless often. He would circle throughout the rooms of my house continually and I felt sad he didn't have more space to roam. With the Smart Slydr he can freely go outside. I believe this provides him a more stimulating environment without me having to stand at the door or leave the door open. The door was very easy to set up and install. It's awesome all three of my dogs can use the door and with separate RFID tags I can see who is using it.

At first when I received the door we had a minor issue with the door not closing after an obstruction was detected. I contacted customer service and within two days they sent out a software revision that completely fixed the issue. I'm impressed with the customer service I have received and would recommend the door to anyone.

We also do a lot of grilling and it's nice that I can ask Alexa to open the door for me when my hands are full of food. I have no doubt if you have the need for this door you will be satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Excellent product, excellent support! We purchased an automatic glass door slider with Pet Pass. The puppies have learned to use it in a very short time. This company takes pride in their product, and they want you to have a wonderful experience with your purchase. They truly stand behind their product! We love this amazing product "Smart Slydr" ! We have been using this product close to a year and it works great. They have provided clear instructions & it's easy to install. We have installed it at our most used sliding door which is parallel to our kitchen & opens up in our backyard. It's great product for everyday use when you have kids or pets and you can quickly open sliding door for them with it's remote or Google home without going to door & opening it physically. Very convenient when we have parties with many people visiting or simply if I want to open it while cooking to have good air circulation. Very useful product, highly recommended it.

Very Impressed!

I first saw this product at CES 2022. It very much intrigued me. The set up at my home is such that I have a sunroom that I installed a dog door into so they can get outside. When I open the slider to the sunroom, my dogs can get access to that pet door that goes outdoors. So in the middle of the night, early in the morning, etc if they need to go outside, I must go all the way downstairs to open the sliding door. And when no one was home for a long period of time? They'd be stuck inside.

The Smart Slydr would solve these problems for me, so I went ahead and pre-ordered. I figured it was a new product from a new company, so it might be a learning experience for Lychee Things from a design and implementation perspective. However, you can tell they put a lot of thought into every aspect of the product's design and rollout. I was consulted throughout the ordering process to make sure it would work for my specific installation.

The installation itself was relatively easy. I needed a slightly different cap, and the people at Lychee Things anticipated this and included it. I had a question about installation, and they were quick to respond and give me the information needed.

The product itself is sleek and very minimalist. It just looks like a white bar that sits at the top of my sliding door. The app works very well. Again, it's clear how much thought was put into its design. I was thrilled to see they had thought to include an option to turn off the sound. One of my dogs is very sensitive to beeping, so this really helped. It's already an obstacle for them to understand that the door opens itself now, I didn't need any extra noise to scare them away!

It was very easy to program the OneButton. For now I am just using it as a little remote (didn't want to rely entirely on the app until I knew how reliable it would be), but I did order an extra one so I may implement them as a Pet Pass for each of my dogs.

I of course cannot speak to the longevity of the product, However, I am very confident that Lychee Things has used quality components and would fix any issue if it were to arise.

I love this product! My dog constantly wants in and out all day long and I no longer have to get up to open the door. If I’m not ready to get up in the morning I can tell google to open the door. I would use the pet pass to make it even easier, but he refuses to wear a collar.

I am a 65 year old woman just now having to learn home maintenance, so any issues I had was on me, but the support team was very helpful telling me what I needed to do to get the SmartSlyder working properly. Overall, I found installing the SmartSlyder very easy.
