Processing Time

• Standard SmartSlydr units, Accessories, and Replacement Parts are in stock and typically ship within 2 business days from the date of order.

• SmartSlydr Regal is a customized version and requires up to 2 weeks for manufacturing prior to shipment.

Shipping and Transit Time

• We offer shipping via UPS and USPS. The estimated transit time shown during checkout is provided directly by the carrier and reflects only the transit duration, not including handling time.

• Please allow handling time (up to 2 business days) in addition to the carrier’s estimated transit days.

• Transit delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Lychee Things is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, or other carriers.
