Will SmartSlydr work on the same door as my Wayzn?

Possibly, but check compatibility separately. SmartSlydr is its own system with its own installation requirements. Your door's moving-panel configuration, dimensions and drag force decide which model fits.

Can I reuse my Wayzn Pet Tag?

No. SmartSlydr uses its own PetPass accessory, and unlike Wayzn's Pet Tag system it doesn't need an extra powered receiver.

Can SmartSlydr open the door for people without disconnecting the device?

Yes. SmartSlydr opens electronically up to its configured maximum supported travel without routine mechanical disengagement. Wayzn does not open beyond the opener's travel range.

Can my dog open the door without wearing PetPass?

Yes. DuoButton's standard press-to-open mode works without a collar tag. PetPass is needed for automatic tag-based access and for tag-verified DuoButton mode.

Does SmartSlydr require replacing or cutting my sliding door?

No. SmartSlydr retrofits onto compatible existing sliding doors without cutting the glass.

What comes with SmartSlydr?

The opener, power supply and standard installation accessories. App, Alexa, Google Home and Apple Watch control are supported. PetPass and wireless button accessories are sold separately.
